Thanks to everyone that has helped make this site possible.  The Picture above is a memory of our
beginnings in Franklin.  A Portrait Studio on the beautiful square in Franklin, it was the character of the town
that made me want to be involved and share news and information by way of Internet.  Since our beginning
our site has grown to be a full information site.  But even as we have grown, we will never forget where we
came from.  Its a town of beauty and charm, with people that will change your life forever.  Thanks to
everyone in Franklin who helped me keep this site going.  Happy Holidays... Robert Elam -  Franklin Georgia

On behalf of the City of Franklin Council and Staff, we would like to wish everyone a Very
Merry Christmas!  This time of the year gives us pause to remember and celebrate what
the Lord has done for us by sending us His Son, Jesus Christ, as a babe in a manager.
That baby grew to become our Lord and Savior.  It is my hope and prayer that each
person reading this greeting will cherish this wonderful gift from the Lord and make this
Christmas one that focuses on the true meaning.  May you and your family have a Merry
Christmas and a Happy New Year!
