Experience the Excitement of the Heard County Rodeo! Get ready for a weekend full of adrenaline, family fun, and true Southern tradition at the Heard County Rodeo! Hosted at the Covered Arena in Franklin, Georgia, this action-packed event brings together some of the best rodeo talent for two unforgettable nights—Friday and Saturday, April 17 & 18, 2026. Feel the thrill as cowboys and cowgirls compete in classic rodeo events like bull riding, team roping, calf roping, barrel racing, steer wrestling, and bareback bronc riding. Whether you're a longtime rodeo fan or experiencing it for the first time, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Make it a full evening of entertainment! Gates open at 6:00 PM, followed by live music from 6:00–7:30 PM to get the crowd energized. On Friday night, enjoy a special performance by Rayley Montana, and on Saturday, keep the excitement going with the Country Outlaw Band. The rodeo action kicks off at 8:00 PM each night. Friday is Family Night, where one child (11 and under) gets in free with each paid adult—making it the perfect outing for families looking to create lasting memories together. With affordable ticket pricing, free parking, and a welcoming community atmosphere, the Heard County Rodeo is more than just an event—it’s a celebration of local pride, tradition, and good times. Don’t miss your chance to be part of the action. Grab your boots, bring your friends and family, and join us for a weekend you won’t forget!
